The appeal on a projector
- The AV laptop opens the display link full screen.
- Each time a collector locks in a pledge, the total counts up and the guest's name flashes with the amount.
- The goal bar fills as the room gets closer.
On the night
Open one link on the laptop that runs your projector, or add it to your streaming software, and the room watches the total climb as pledges and gifts land, with progress to your goal and your sponsors' logos alongside.

A manager or owner copies the display link from the event's settings. Open it full screen in any browser, or add it to OBS as a browser source at 1920 × 1080; the page fits itself to the window.
The background can be your brand colour, black, or see-through for laying over live video, and whoever runs the screen can change it on the link without touching the settings.
The page is painted in your colours.
The total updates the moment a pledge is locked in or a gift is paid. If a manager voids a mistaken pledge, the total drops quietly, with no flash. If the venue's internet drops, the screen keeps showing the last total it had rather than an error, and catches up when the connection is back.
The link opens the display and nothing else.
Every pledge that hasn't been voided, and paid gifts unless you choose otherwise. You can add ticket and sponsorship sales to the total too.
