Everyone on your team sees only what their job needs, and changes are recorded under the person who made them. Card numbers never touch Paddlit, and donations never pass through it. Owners can erase one person, download everything, or delete the organisation with 90 days to change their mind.
The preview before erasing a guest: what's removed for good, and what's kept without their name.

Each role sees its own job
Collectors never see contact details: names, bidder numbers and tables only. They see only that a card is on file.
The door never sees pledges: door volunteers see who has arrived, not what anyone gave. They don't see contact details either.
Collectors don't see each other's amounts: only that someone else took a pledge.
Managers and owners see contact details and every pledge.
Cards and money
Card numbers go straight from the guest's phone, or the secure field on a volunteer's device, to a certified payment processor. Paddlit keeps only the card's brand, last four digits and expiry, and your team only ever sees those.
Donations, tickets and pledges are paid into your organisation's own account with the payment processor, and from there into your bank. Paddlit never holds the money.
Who did what
Changes your team makes are recorded under the person who made them, and undoing something is recorded too. Each guest's card shows its own history, and owners can download the whole record.
Erasing one person
When someone asks to be forgotten, an owner can erase them from the guest list, their bidder card, their donor profile or the volunteer list. A preview says exactly what goes and what stays before anything happens:
Goes: their name, email, mobile, notes, messages and wallet cards, and their card on file.
Stays: the amounts, shown as "Erased guest", so your totals still add up. If they had replied STOP, they stay opted out.
Erasing can't be undone. It's on every plan, because it's their right.
Download everything
Owners can download everything your organisation has, on any plan, in one file: your organisation, owners, events, guests, volunteers, pledges, payments, donors, sponsorships, notes, messages sent and the record of who did what. No card numbers, because Paddlit never has them.
Deleting your organisation
An owner types the organisation's name to confirm. Volunteers are signed out, guest links and wallet cards stop working, the big screen stops, and a plan that renews is set not to. For 90 days, an owner can restore everything. After that it's removed for good.
In practice
How it plays out
A donor asks to be forgotten
A donor emails asking to be removed.
An owner opens their donor profile and chooses Erase. The preview lists what goes and what stays, and the owner confirms.
Their payments stay in the reports as "Erased guest", so the totals don't change.
